Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using any services provided by Inevex Solutions Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all services including PCLaw consulting, data recovery, migration, software development, and digital marketing.
2. Data Recovery Services
Data recovery services are provided on a "best effort" basis. While Inevex maintains a 99% success rate, we cannot guarantee recovery in all circumstances. Our "no recovery, no charge" policy applies to pre-agreed data recovery engagements.
3. Limitation of Liability
Inevex Solutions Inc.'s liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Clients are responsible for maintaining adequate backups prior to any service engagement.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
